Shipping policy

Shipping, processing and order times

  • Final order time: 17:00 (GMT+01:00)
  • Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Deliveries generally take between 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping costs: Free delivery.

Order cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Please send us an e-mail to cancel your order. Once orders have been shipped, they can no longer be modified.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be created once your order has been shipped. Please provide a specific e-mail address to track your order. Click here to track your parcel.

Change of address/phone number

If you wish to change the phone number or address provided when ordering, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment. Once the order has been sent, we can no longer modify this information. In this case, you will need to request a return and place a new order.

Order tracking issues

If you experience any issues with your tracking number or the delivery of your parcel, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Tracking information may take 1 to 3 business days to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Contact us for an estimated delivery time.
